Level 1 Free Diving Certification
Our Level One Certification course is the perfect entry point for anyone interested in freediving. This two-day program includes:
Academic Work: At least four hours of classroom learning on the physics and physiology of freediving, safety procedures, breathing techniques, and handling potential problems.
Confined Water Training: Three hours in a pool practicing breath-hold techniques, static apnea, and developing freediving skills.
Open Water Training: 1.5 to 2 hours of depth training in open water, applying classroom and pool lessons to real-world conditions, aiming to reach depths of up to 10 -20 meters (33-66 feet) safely and confidently.
Participants must be at least 16 years old, competent swimmers, and comfortable in open water. The course includes all necessary materials and standard freediving equipment.
